The company , a provider for the Aerospace industry, decided to use SIRCO’s Ion Exchange Rinse water Recycle System to reduce their water consumption to satisfy the requirements of the LA County Sanitation District.

After analyzing the spent process waters to be treated, a dual-train Ion Exchange System was designed, manufactured in our Huntington Beach facility, and then delivered to the site and commissioned as specified.

This System was designed with manual operation at the customer’s request, with SIRCO providing extensive training for the operators on the system functionality for successful recycling of specific wastewaters and proper resin regeneration techniques.

The System was designed to recycle up to 70 GPM of spent process water containing various ionic contaminants including Hex and Trivalent chrome and cyanides. The media also incorporates carbon adsorption to eliminate organics.

The System has been operating since 2011 and has received awards for water recycling and conservation as well as compliance to Sanitation Districts requirements.
